By using SyncXBlue, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the SyncXBlue application.
SyncXBlue operates under a subscription-based model, granting users access to its features for the duration of their active subscription. SyncXBlue helps users schedule and optimize their Bluesky posts through AI-enhanced tools, catering to creators and businesses seeking efficiency and growth on the platform.
The licensor retains the right to terminate the subscription in cases of policy violations or misuse, ensuring responsible usage of the service.
Due to the nature of SaaS subscriptions, refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. Users may cancel their subscription anytime to avoid future charges.
SyncXBlue is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SyncXBlue does not warrant that its services will meet specific user needs. SyncXBlue shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for their subscription during the current billing cycle.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content and activity on SyncXBlue comply with applicable laws and the Bluesky platform's policies. SyncXBlue is not liable for user-generated content or its outcomes.
SyncXBlue reserves the right to adjust its pricing as features and offerings evolve. Active subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by the use of SyncXBlue. Users agree not to misrepresent themselves as representatives of SyncXBlue.
